AFTER giving birth to a bouncing baby girl last Friday, Fifi Box has revealed the name of her newborn bub.
The Austereo radio host caught up with the Today Network team last night to share with them the name of her baby girl.
“Her official name is Beatrix Belle Box, but I’ll call her Trixie, Trixie Belle”, Fifi announced on live radio when asked by fill-in host Sophie Monk.
It seems as though Fifi has taken some inspiration from rocker Bob Geldof, who named his first daughter Fifi Trixibelle Geldof.
“She’s going to have a larger than life existence – Beatrix which is beautiful and old school but then you’re bringing some fun to it, I think that’s perfect”, co-host Jules Lund commented.
The much-loved Aussie radio presenter copped flack from her colleagues last week after admitting that she hadn’t decided on a name.
Fifi took to Twitter last night to share the unique name with her followers:

Meanwhile, over at radio rival Nova, Ryan ‘Fitzy’ Fitzgerald has become a father for the second time. His wife Belinda gave birth to a son, Lennox Dean Fitzgerald, after a 23 hour labour.
