Martin Senior has put his £1.4million home on the market with the promise that he will refund every penny to the buyer if Brighton make it into the Premier League.

Sarah Turck of Winkworth Estate Agents, who are selling the property, said: ‘It is the first time this has been done anywhere and is certainly a unique opportunity.’
The odds on the Championship team being promoted to the Premier League are currently 10-1.
Sculptor Martin will give every penny back to whoever purchases the property if his beloved Brighton get promoted to the Premier League from the Championship.
Martin added: ‘It would be the perfect end to the season for an Albion fan.
‘A free house and their team in the Premier League. We promise to anyone who buys my house that if Albion get promoted this season, we will give the buyer all their money back.
Giveaway: The luxury house has a large open-plan living room and kitchen with folding doors leading to a tropical garden and summer house
‘They get to keep the house, no questions asked, every single pound will be paid back. It’s a real footballers’ wives house and I could see an Albion player at home here.’
The team are in ninth position with 49 points and are two points off a play-off place with 15 games to play.
The house, which is on the market for £1,395,000, has a large open-plan living room and kitchen with folding doors leading to a tropical garden and summer house.
It also has a master suite with roof terrace with views of the sea, a guest suite and two other double bedrooms.
Punter Patrick Moore, 44, of London, said: ‘I know if they do not get promoted you will still have to buy the house but it is worth taking a risk on in my eyes.’
