The foundation of our health starts with our soil. Electrolytes are important for hydration, blood circulation, and muscular function. It used to be more readily available in our soil. Calcium is used in the clotting of blood. Also, it works with magnesium to prevent the risk of diabetes and heart disease. Together with sodium and potassium, calcium and magnesium are among the most important of electrolytes. It’s the humification of plants where you get all your minerals, that’s where you get probiotics (your good bacteria) and your amino acids too because it comes from plants. The oxygen-rich materials in the peatigenic layer such as cellulose and hemicellulose are decomposed readily by microbes resulting in the enrichment of carbon-rich lignin and humic acids.
