A non-profit affordable housing developer that spent $33 million for “green upgrades” to an Alexandria, Va., apartment complex, also administers a “Teens Going Green” program at the site where, among other things, teens take the green agenda “back home,” and are “policing their parents” to be more environmentally conscious.

At an event to unveil the “green upgrades” — $8.2 million of which was provided through a federal tax credit program — Mark James, the senior real estate development officer for the Community Preservation and Development Corporation (CPDC), explained the “Teens Going Green” program.

“It’s so important that if you’re going to build green that everyone in the facility lives green, and that means teaching all of our students, our residents, to really pro-actively start to take on sustainability as a part of their lives,” James told CNSNews.com at the Oct. 20 ribbon cutting ceremony at the Buckman Road Apartments in Alexandria. “We do that a lot of times by starting with our teenagers. They have the most energy, they are always excited and active, actively being able to learn not only what we want to do for sustainability but they can take it back home.”

The “Green” agenda is the elite’s response to Peak Oil/Natural Gas. They have kept the world dependent on these energies for the sake of economic control. Now that these energies are due to be in shorter supply, they want to first implement systems for continued parasitic wealth extraction from the public, before they further deploy renewable energies that they can’t otherwise profit from and limit access to.

I lived in government funded housing because i had to , for a year , no more . They started a policy of inspecting your apt. every month . Looking in your closet , in your drawers , cabinets , behind the stove , frig and intruding in your apt when you were not there . The head maintenance guy walked in on people having sex , naked and when ever he decided to come in . Knocked once and 30 seconds later key in the door and in he would come . So if you are in need for a place , sleep in your vehicle , tent or sleep on a friends couch , as i am doing now , you have no constitutional rights when you live in government funded projects .

There is nothing wrong with being environmentally conscious. In fact, there is no other way to survive. Small world, lots of people – changes have to be made. The problem is the government pretending to give a shit about the planets ecology when it supports big oil and big corporations raping the world of it’s natural resources and putting price tags on them while polluting the air and water to increase their profits. They suppress the development of alternative energy and ensure that eco-friendly alternatives to plastic, like hemp, are demonized and made illegal. The whole carbon dioxide, greenhouse gas scam lets them tax us for breathing. It’s all part of the plan.

Exactly. Being ecologically conscious and even proactive is not a bad thing. If it were the same price to not pollute or to pollute, I don’t think anyone would choose to pollute. Hell, even if it cost just a little more to be ecologically friendly, I’d be ok with that.

Hemp is one of the best places to start. Stop making paper from trees and make it from hemp instead. Hemp can be made into plastics. Wouldn’t need oil anymore for that.

Sadly, hemp isn’t in the CO2 warmongering agenda. They want to control your life, your children, and they want to turn everyone against each other. We can have a green earth and not have to be taxed to death to get there. Nobody wants pollution. Nobody wants a car’s tailpipe continuously flooding their house with toxic fumes either. But fossil fuel tech is what we have right now and until something green comes along that works as good and doesn’t cost a fortune, nobody is going to take it. Make it cheaper to be green and people won’t care that they’re helping the CO2 AGW cause. Their science is wrong but the sentiment is the same for everyone. We need a clean earth and that’s not a bad thing. We don’t need to be prisoners of a green concentration camp to get there.

You’ve run into very few examples of trash/littering or disrepect for nature amongs the TRILLIONS of people who have enjoy the National Parks or woods. It’s the criminal governments who want you to be a finger-pointer when it comes to seeing other people in the woods. Don’t fall for this trick.

Just enjoy the woods and realize that they won’t be there for us much longer if you turn people in becuase they have more “juice” than you.
Environmentally conscious is one thing, having your kid being part of the Gestapo is certainly another. Just like the nationwide, D.A.R.E. Program. If your mommy and daddy are smoking cigs, weed or crack, that’s a no-no boys n girls. You should run immediately to Mr. Policeman and rat them out. If they have a roach clip with pretty feathers hanging just for the 80′s decor hair look, your parents are BAD!!! OMG, are the sheeple really going to let their kids run their lives??? No one will seriously say recycling is bad or that any of the environmentally friendly ideas are bad. The problem is a lot of Flags go up. Policing this system is just one flag.

This does not have to be a government project. People all over America could do this IF tax breaks were given to people who wanted to do this. If small US run businesses were the major suppliers of the equipment, if patents for environmentally friendly technology were NOT allowed (under threat to the inventors life) to be bought up by BIG business and then buried.

Right now we should all be driving cars running on water. Yes! Heck the Japanese have a commercially made car running on water that has plenty of pep and easily designed into a family car. BUT you will never hear of that in America. WHY? Cause they only want to LOOK LIKE they are doing something. They do not actually want to ACHIEVE something. Big business would never let us truly alter our world without them being in control of it. Please research engines run on water. It is not technology that is 10 years off. It is here. It is now. But funny how they always say the good things are 10 years away. Is that the magic point where we forget about it?

People all over America have already BEEN throwing their trash in the trash can. It doesn’t take some new “reinvent the wheel” RECYCLE program to teach them that. The way to get kids to turn in their parents is to teach them that in the schools. They way to get them to do that in the woods is to force RECYCLING upon people.

Smart, that’s it for me. Jittery, and toilet every five minutes should be for the banking scum financing this crap with my money.
It is good to learn true sustainability but somehow I VERY MUCH doubt they will teach kids how to do urban gardening, collect their own seeds (non-Monsanto seeds), learn to become truly independent, healthy, connected to the land, creative, problem solving individuals. Looks more like the next generation of newly programmed ‘repeaters’.

What this most likely will be is a way to get us hooked on a new system that is still monopoly controlled and maintained. I think we need to dig deeper and see if the companies involved are small business that is NOT some extension of a BIG Corporation. IF this is truly good it will involve ONLY small business, minimum government control or regulation AND only people providing support NOT policing.

IF we could trust government to allow free market to work then…great idea! But who still trusts the government???? Dwindling numbers…..10%…..5%……till we are down to the 1%.
