Government of Canada supporting UN’s genocide vaccine development since 1974

The National Institute of Immunology in New Delhi, India has been conducting clinical trials of a prototype birth control vaccine for the UN. In 1993 eighty-eight 20-36 year old women received a series of 3 injections of 300 mcg human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) vaccine to prevent pregnancy for 1 year. The clinical trials were conducted for the UN as “A new family planning tool to slow population growth“.

Two vaccines, namely one inducing antibodies against hCG and the other against GnRH, are now in clinical trials. The hCG vaccine has entered Phase II clinical trials in three centres in India after successfully completing Phase I clinical studies in several centres in India and in four countries abroad. – Vaccines for control of fertility and hormone dependent cancers

Birth control vaccine development is part of the UN’s Population Division Policy to “accelerate fertility decline in the least developed countries”. The UN agenda since 1974 has been to accelerate fertility decline in the least developed countries using vaccines . UN agenda stated in UN Population Division Policy Brief No. 2009/1. UN is targeting “the less developed regions include all the countries and areas of the World except Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, the United States of America and all countries in Europe.”

UN depopulation agenda using vaccines to sterilize least developed countries was made known in World Bank’s “World development report 1984” under population policy to lower fertility.

Population policy has a long lead time; other development policies must adapt in the meantime. Inaction today forecloses options tomorrow, in overall development strategy and in future population policy. Worst of all, inaction today could mean that more drastic steps, less compatible with individual choice and freedom, will seem necessary tomorrow to slow population growth. … reasons for public policy to reduce fertility. “in the transition from a traditional to a modern economy, the private gain from having many children may exceed the social gain.”

UN depopulation agenda using vaccines to sterilize least developed countries was also made known in Oxford Academic journals Published: 01 January 1991 The WHO Task Force on Vaccines for Fertility Regulation. Its formation, objectives and research activities

Over the past 18 years, the WHO Task Force on Vaccines for Fertility Regulation has been supporting basic and clinical research on the development of birth control vaccines … As a result of this international, collaborative effort, a prototype anti-HCG vaccine is now undergoing clinical testing.
