A gun collector who was arrested outside his east-end apartment during a midnight raid has launched a $6.5-million lawsuit against the Toronto police, his former landlords and a tipster.

Peter Sedge, 59, said he was removed from his Beaches home at gunpoint wearing only his underwear during the May, 2008, seizure of about 120 legally collected firearms.

“I was scared because as soon as I opened the door, they were all screaming at me,” he told The Globe and Mail. “I could see guns pointed at me. . . . I totally scrambled at this point.”

The raid came hours after police got a tip about a cache of firearms and ammunition from a man who had viewed the property with his father – a prospective buyer – and Mr. Sedge’s landlord, Court documents say.

Pornonto cops had checked that the guy had legal guns, they did it in seconds on their computer. Then they attacked him the same cause they like to assault cause they are bastards. They did it to intimidate other legal gun owners, and they did it with the confidence that judges and public attorneys are rotten scum.

I’m in a similar legal battle since four years and it’s stalled since the guys in charge were bought off in advance to allow cop bastards to do these attacks. (I’m in Belgium so you see it’s going on everywhere). Normally I have gotten many tens of thousands of euros in compensation, five dopeheads/drug dealers should have been jailed, as well as a handful of cops. But none of this happens, and the sickos launched all kinds of defamation against me.

I sued them again for the defamation but the proceeding is stalled, too. If their pals in the public attorneys/judges cabal were not obstructing, at least four or five cops would go to jail for allowing and aggravating an armed assault against me that was maybe a murder attempt, but the shitheads didn’t even invastigate what the attackers had in mind.

The Canadian gun owner is right to sue them for the principle but I’m sure he knows he’s just fighting back for honor, without a real winning chance.

The fact of the matter is that the police has demanded a gun registry just for this very reason. This man had all these guns legally, and the police knew this and had a list of all the guns he had too!
