Ranga-Ram Chary, project manager for the Plank Data Center, has discovered a “glow” using the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB). These spots of light are an estimated 4,500 times brighter than was expected.
The data from this discovery was determined via a map using information from the European Space Agency (ESA) space telescope.
Chary surmised that this glow was another universe colliding with our own; which validates the hypothesis that our universe is located in a region of other universes.
This discovery lends to the multiple universe theories that have so far been difficult to prove. Cosmic inflation , the theory of expansion since the Big Bang, was the catalyst for the multiple universe hypothesis.
But before the scientific community gets too excited, Chary said that there is a 30% chance this light “is nothing out of the ordinary”.
