Patriots in Colorado are honoring law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty by planting little blue flags along the highway. What a beautiful idea!

News station KMGH is reporting that Coloradans in Jefferson County are planting the blue flags along Highway 285 to show their support for law enforcement, after Park County Cpl. Nate Carrigan lost his life while serving a high-risk eviction notice in the town of Bailey.

As America’s Freedom Fighters previously reported, a demented liberal shot three law enforcement officers, killing one while being served an eviction notice on Wednesday. The man, who was identified by police as 58-year-old Martin Wirth spent years fighting the foreclosure of his Colorado home and ranted online about police and corporate corruption.

The officer killed was Corporal Nate Carrigan, a 13-year veteran of the Park County Sheriff’s Office.

The outpouring of love has been overwhelming from citizens as well as neighboring law enforcement agencies.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office posted this message on their Facebook page:

All of us in law enforcement are moved beyond words by the incredible support citizens are showing us in Park County today as they line US 285 with blue flags and ribbons to honor the Park County Sheriff’s Office.

Citizens plan to continue planting blue flags along 285 tomorrow at 1pm stretching all the way to Kenosha Pass.

All we can say is thank you, thank you, thank you.

“This amazing support for law enforcement means the world to us,” tweeted a deputy managing the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office twitter page on Saturday.

People were shown planting a “thin blue line” along the highway in posts made by the Sheriff’s department Twitter and Facebook pages.

Memorial Service Set

The memorial service for fallen Park County Sheriff’s Office Corporal Nate Carrigan has been set for 11 a.m. on Monday, March 14, at Faith Bible Chapel, 6210 Ward Road, Arvada, Colorado 80004.

While the liberal, mainstream media have all but ignored this tragedy, we have not.

This isn’t newsworthy because it’s about a leftwing radical killing an officer. Had it been a rightwinger that killed the officer it would have made the headlines.

The media was silent but the local Coloradans sent their message loud and clear and for that we applaud them!

Our hearts and prayers go out to the family, friends and police officers who have lost a good man. May God watch over you all.
