Iran, Serbia review parliamentary ties

IRNA – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and President of the National Assembly of Serbia Maja Gojković discussed parliamentary relations.

Gojković hailed developing relations between Iran and Serbia and also promoting parliamentary cooperation.

She also referred to her successful visit to Iran.

Zarif, for his part, expressed happiness over the increasing relations between the two countries in all fields.

He also welcomed developing parliamentary relations between the two countries.

Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani will have a trip to Serbia, he said.

Iran is determined to broaden relations with Serbia, he said, referring to closer cooperation between the two countries in international bodies.

Both sides also exchanged views on regional and international issues.
