A politician that says, “God told me to run for president” is a manipulating liar. Sure, his lifestyle of sin and decandence is important. Specifically because he is trying to capitalize and enliven the “christian base”. Equally as sad are the people who call themselves christian and fall for this liar. Who even reads their bible and learns what to watch out for? This man and his base supporters are of the church spoken of that proclaims to be of God yet are not. I know Jesus warned of this.
- Anybody who reads the bible and calls it truth is a manipulated fool. It’s a battle between god and the devil. The devil thinks he’s god. The Eagles warned of this in their song “Learn To Be Still.” Yes, hell freezes over and we’re in it right now.

Personally I think the corporations backing him will soon go their separate ways to go to Michelle Bachmann. YES! the story is VERY IMPORTANT. Look intellectually sex scandals shouldn’t matter, but sex scandals are what destroys most politicians careers. Bill Clinton couldn’t get in trouble for stealing social security funds or selling nuclear secrets to the Chinese but almost got impeached for Monica Lewinsky! Anthony Weiner, I mean really Anthony Weiner! The guy’s got so many bad marks against him from a freedom and reason loving standpoint, but the one thing that got him kicked out of Congress, friggin SEXTING! It might not be the best way to get politicians out of office and really shouldn’t be the way we react but there’s countless examples of politicians who have done so many horrible things, but once they do something weird sexually they’re out. I mean have you guys been following the congressman from Portland who dressed up as a tiger and was constantly doing crazy stuff, yet the one thing that got him wanting to step down was inappropriate sexual conduct. All the other stuff is great and really if most people could think through it I’m sure it would have an impact, but adultery and gay adultery is something everyone knows is wrong and always creates a bad reaction. Look at what Barney Frank did when it came out about his past. Look how Larry Flynt stopped so many politicians careers. Right now most people outside of texas have no idea about Rick perry. A sex scandal forever mars his campaign and will continue to dog him until he stops his campaign. It’s a shame most people aren’t above tabloid thinking but that’s just the case today. Lets work with what we got.
I think it’s about as important as asking why Barack Obama spent his birthday with Oprah Winfrey. Michele Obama went on a trip to Europe with her daughter. Obama had guilt written all over his face. Bill Clinton always acted like a saint going to church every Sunday with his bible and fornicating 2x-3x per week with other women.

I think we need to understand what kind of homosexual behaviors Rick Perry was involved in. I think the public would like to know what they mean by homosexual behavior. Is he pulling out the gay kama sutra book?
