One Palestinian has been seriously injured in clashes with Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank.
Israeli forces said they opened fire in response to Palestinians throwing stones and Molotov cocktail at their bus near Qalqilya region.
Tensions have been running high in the West Bank since Israel began its offensive against Gaza more than a month ago.
This comes as Palestinians in West Bank cities have been holding angry protests in recent weeks.
Also on Monday, Israeli forces shot dead a 24-year-old Palestinian man in the northern West Bank during a raid on a village.
Zakariyya Mousa Dawood al-Aqra was killed in a shootout during an Israeli raid on the Qabalan village in Nablus.
According to witnesses, Israeli forces attacked a three-story building belonging to al-Aqra’s brother with grenades and heavy gunfire. The Israeli forces then entered the building and shot him dead.
At least 10 others were wounded in the raid. One of them is in critical condition.
An eleven-year-old Palestinian was shot dead outside his home by Israeli troops near the occupied West Bank city of al-Khalil (Hebron) on Sunday.
Figures show over 20 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli soldiers in the West Bank over the past month. Most of them were shot dead during continuous protest rallies against the Israeli onslaught on the besieged Gaza Strip.
Angry Palestinian demonstrators in the West Bank have held numerous protests against Israel since the onslaught against Gaza began in July.
Israeli soldiers have frequently used live ammunition and plastic bullets to disperse thousands of angry anti-war Palestinian protesters in the occupied region.
Over 1,940 Palestinians, including 470 children, have lost their lives and nearly 10,000 have been wounded since the Israeli military unleashed fatal assaults on the densely-inhabited strip on July 8.
