After Debbie Wasserman-Shultz, former head of the DNC and all around shitty human being was exposed as a slumlord, authorities looked into the case. They found that the buildings in Seattle DWS owns violate more than 300 building and safety codes. City Inspector Alana Haggertay told Fox News:
“The conditions are terrible. The apartments are called ‘senior living’ but all it is really is a scam to get section 8 and Social Security money from these people. They have pest problems, health and safety issues, fire hazards and hundreds of small but necessary code compliance items that have to be fixed.”
DWS was pulled into a weekend session of Superior Court this morning called just for her that found her in contempt for ignoring earlier court warnings and sentenced her to 90 days of living in a 4-person tent in the courtyard of the apartment buildings:
“While there Ms. Shultz will assist in the delivery of Meals on Wheels and other voluntary services to help get to know her tenants and she will assist in the cleanup and restoration of the entire property.”
A court-ordered auditor will keep track of necessary expenditures to be sure the project is code-compliant. The total estimate for costs as of now is more than $3 million, not including hiring able-bodied residents to help with painting and other low-impact odd jobs.
It’s always good to see these fake “liberals” take a nose dive.
