(You Tube) Wikileaks has just released 1.7 million classified files appropriately referred to as the “Kissinger Cables” which is comprised of congressional correspondence, intelligence reports, and cables.
In a 1975 conversation with Turkish and Cypriot officials former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger is quoted as saying, “Before the Freedom of Information Act, I used to say at meetings, “The illegal we do immediately; the unconstitutional takes a little longer”.
