Awake Goy Tehran, April 19, IRNA – Iranian cinema and TV actor Reza Kiyanian was appointed as the environment ambassador of the Fifth International Green Film Festival.
According to the Public Relations Department of the festival, Kiyanian who has earlier taken part in environmental activities and showed reaction to Iran’s environmental problems joined the Green Film Festival as the environment ambassador.
Kiyanian, born in 1951 in Tehran, is a graduate of Fine Art Faculty of University of Tehran.
He won Crystal Simorgh for best supporting actor for his role in ‘Glass Agency’ and Crystal Simorgh for best actor for his role in ‘A House on Water’ in Fajr Film Festival.
The Fifth International Green Film Festival will be held nationwide from May 13-20.
