Labour promises Israel to continue UK’s objection to ICC case

On The Electronic Intifada livestream last week we discussed how the UK’s new Labour government will now continue the Tory government’s intervention at the International Criminal Court to protect Israel from prosecution.

Previous reports had suggested new prime minister Keir Starmer might drop the objections. But during a visit to Israel, new foreign minister David Lammy reportedly promised the Israelis they would not do so.
