IRNA – Members of Parliament discussed reforming banking system and the independence of the Central Bank of Iran, Majlis (Iranian Parliament) Speaker Ali Larijani said.
‘In today’s plenary session, we have held important talks on banking cooperation and on some necessary reforms in its structure,’ Larijani said
Experts of Majlis research center also elaborated on banking problems, independence of Central Bank of Iran and modification of banking rules, he added.
In Sunday’s session also attended by the economy minister and CBI governor, MPs reviewed issues related to inflation, depression and liquidity.
