A MAN has been charged after allegedly using his mobile phone to video up a teenage girl’s skirt at a southern Sydney shopping centre.
Police said the man, 56, was using his mobile phone to record video up the 19-year-old’s skirt at the shopping centre in Miranda, on Saturday afternoon.
The man, from Barden Ridge, was caught after security staff from the centre alerted police.
Police seized the phone and later charged the man with filming a person’s private parts without consent.
He will appear in Sutherland local court on May 2.
