A man was thrown out of a car and two toddlers injured when their car crashed and rolled over.
The car crashed on the Geelong bypass near the Midland Highway, leaving the road around midday on Friday and rolling multiple times.
A 26-year-old man was ejected from the car and has been airlifted to the Alfred hospital in a critical condition, police said.
A 1-year-old girl and 2-year-old boy have been taken to the Geelong hospital with minor injuries.
The 27-year-old female driver was taken to Geelong hospital in a stable condition.
