The USG is considering tougher sanctions against Russia and that’s prompted a reaction in global markets. Meanwhile Russia’s credit rating has been downgraded by a US agency. Russia Today talks to Gerald Celente, publisher of the Trends Journal and self-proclaimed political atheist.
