NSW cop charged over indecent assault

A policeman has been charged over an indecent assault in northern NSW.

The charges relate to the alleged indecent assault of a woman at her home in Goonellabah on November 5, 2011.

The officer is due to appear in Lismore Local Court on February 16.

His duty status is under review.
