Occupation kidnaps 26 men, 2 women in West Bank

Days of Palestine, West Bank -Israeli occupation forces kidnapped on Monday night 26 Palestinian men and two women in different areas across occupied West Bank, Jerusalem.

Palestinian sources said that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the city of Ramallah, broke into the house of the Palestinian female university student Alaa Assaf and kidnapped her.

The second woman was not identified, but the sources said that the Israeli forces delivered a military order to the female university student Asmaa Qada, banning her from entering Ramallah and its town of Birzeit.

Qadah, the sources said, is an engineering student at Birzeit University and she has spent several months inside Israeli jails.

Israeli occupation forces also kidnapped four Palestinians from Qalandia; three from their homes and the fourth at an illegal Israeli military checkpoint.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces kidnapped eight Palestinian youths, including minors in the city of Bethlehem and its outskirts. Six of them members of the same family.

While in Nablus, the Israeli occupation forces kidnapped tow Palestinians, including the nurse Thabet Nassar, who has previously spent 12 years inside Israeli jails.

According to the sources, the other Palestinians, who were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces tonight, are from Jenin and the different Jerusalem’s neighbourhoods.

Regarding the reason of the kidnappings, as usual, the Israeli spokespersons said they were involved in “illegal activities.” Of course, the Israeli occupation considers peaceful protests by the Palestinians a kind of illegal activities.
