At least twelve people, including a candidate, lost their lives in a bomb attack in the northwestern town of Hangu.
The causalities came after a powerful bomb exploded near the venue of the rally.
Another bombing also killed seven people during a campaign in the northwestern district of Dir.
Reports say rescue teams rushed to the sites of attacks and the victims were shifted to nearby hospitals.
Medical sources said the death toll is expected to rise as some of the injured are said to be in critical condition.
No person or group has yet claimed responsibility for Tuesday’s attacks.
A public gathering of the pro-Taliban Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Party was also hit in Kurram on Monday, leaving at least 23 people dead.
More than one-hundred people have been killed since last month due to attacks on the campaigns for Saturday’s polls.
Tehrik-e Taliban Pakistan (TTP) militants had previously announced that they would target the election rallies of Awami National Party, Pakistan People’s Party, and Muttahida Quami Movement.
Pakistan will hold its National Assembly elections on May 11. The National Assembly has a total of 342 members, of which 272 are elected by the popular vote. The last National Assembly elections were held in February 2008.
Pakistan will also hold elections for 577 seats of the provincial assemblies on the same day.
