Picking the Scab off the Sadistic Sedition Show Trials

Today It’s Tear Gas, Tazers and Ties

In the 1940s, it was sedition trials held against American patriots who were opposed to International Communism and taking the country to war against Germany. My Pocket Oxford Dictionary defines sedition as: Conduct or speech inciting to rebellion. It gives the definition of patriot as: Champion or lover of his country.

The three sedition show trials orchestrated by FDR and his attack dogs are additional stains upon the escutcheon of America. Underneath the picked scab of those sadistic trials one finds a disgusting amount of pus. Peace loving, educated men and women had their lives turned up side down, their reputations besmirched and careers put on hold for years.

Much of America’s ignoble past has been largely forgotten to the great benefit of our corrupt politicians. Too much knowledge in the heads of the sleeping sheeple just could create a lack of confidence in the USrael government’s actual goals.

President Franklin D. Roosevelt, the evil blue-blooded Red, attempted to stop American anti-war dissent even before he succeeded in involving the country in W.W.II. “Baby” Bush used a different method to control anti-war patriots. When his Jewish cabal of neo-cons encouraged him to go to war against the primitive people of Afghanistan, he just issued overt threats to the world that they were either with us or against us.

Thanks to Dr. Edward Fields for reprinting a book that had not been reprinted since 1985. Roosevelt’s Great Sedition Trial, The Inside Story of the Stalin Style Show Trial of Anti-Communist American Patriots During W.W. II by David Baxter. The author was one of the defendants in these show trials. The book is loaded with galling details about the foul treatment meted out to a number of our American patriots.

Dr. Fields writes this in his introduction: “In February 1941, months before Pearl Harbor, Roosevelt asked his Attorney General, Francis Biddle, when was he going to bring charges against those who opposed his pro-war efforts. Biddle replied that they were protected by the First Amendment. Roosevelt told Biddle to find some way to get around it. Roosevelt had cut off the sale of oil and iron ore to Japan. He even sent them a letter demanding that Japanese troops be withdrawn from China. Roosevelt also sent a U.S. warship, unannounced, sailing between the Japanese islands. He hoped that they would attack the ship and give him the excuse he was seeking to declare war. (Sounds like our ongoing efforts to tempt Iran to behave badly.)

In 1942 Roosevelt personally helped select those he wanted indicted for sedition for opposing the war and his ‘New Deal.’ Left out were the popular Catholic Priest, Fr. Charles Coughlin, Charles Lindbergh, Gerald L.K. Smith, Norman Thomas and others. (Those folks were too respected and well-known by the populace.) A typical defendant was Elmer J. Garner, age 82. He died pennyless during the first week of the trial.”

The 37 defendants hailed from various parts of the country and were in general unknown to the public and often had limited incomes. During the trial, these defendants were forced to reside in the Washington, D.C. area at their own expense. Some of the defendants faced a four and a half year persecution by the so-called Justice Department.

“Red Rosey” surrounded himself with Jews and Communists. The Jewish fronts such as the B’nai B’rith were the actual forces behind the sadistic attacks made upon these gentile American patriots and the German Bund members. It is ironic, that the Communists and their lap dogs were able to twist a ruling that had been requested by the military to inhibit the Reds from propagandizing to the forces, and used it to attack and neutralize anti-Communists and anti-war patriots.

On Page 5 of the introduction by Eustace Mullins: “Because, then as now, they (the Communists) completely controlled the Dept. of Justice, they obtained indictments against thirty-seven of the most active American anti-Communists on July 24, 1942. They were reindicted on Jan. 4, 1943, and indicted for the third time on Jan. 3, 1944. Judge Eicher, the pathetic instrument of Communist justice from the University of Chicago, died suddenly of a ‘heart attack’ on Nov. 30, 1944.”

The first two trials of 1942 and 1943 were thrown out. The trial of 1944 lasted for eight months. The Jewish prosecutor and judge did everything possible to convict all the defendants who were being tried together. Many of the defendants had been publishers and writers of pamphlets, but the prosecutor could produce little to nothing that proved these individuals were anti-American or revolutionaries.

These Jew-led trials and their allied media scum such as Walter Winchell and Drew Pearson accused the defendants of being Nazi sympathizers and of desiring the overthrow of the USrael government for a German National Socialist style of government. The only thing that saved them from prison was the untimely death during the trial of Judge Eicher.

From Page 4 by the author: “ I might add that to this day, even though judicially declared to be victims of ‘a travesty upon justice,’ not a single Sedition defendant was ever compensated one penny by a government manipulated by hidden political forces that allowed such a tragedy to occur. Yes, it took place over forty years ago but it is not forgotten by at least this survivor and one other that I know of – August Klapprott of New Jersey. I hope it will not be forgotten by younger patriotic American and Christian people who are for justice and fair play for all and will be alert against such ‘black marks on American justice’ in the future.”

Roosevelt’s Great Sedition Trial is in paperback form. The book contains three pages of photographs within its 91 pages. It sells for only $7 which includes the cost of postage from Truth at Last Books, P.O. Box 1211, Marietta, Georgia 30061.
