Presidential Pimp: The ‘Trump Escorts’ Scandal

Did you know that Donald Trump’s beloved brand name was used for a high-end “escort” service?

You’d think with all of this talk about Donald Trump being a misogynist that some left-wing outlet would have picked up on this story. Or maybe some of the right-wing “renegade jews” like Bill Kristol or good goys like Glenn Beck would have used this information to hurt Trump’s candidacy.

For most of the presidential campaign, the only media outlet to cover this story was RedState:

It has been said that Donald Trump is involved in hundreds of business ventures, either directly or through the licensing of his name. In fact, Trump has stated that of his claimed $10 billion net worth (Forbes places his net worth at a far more modest $4.5 billion), $3 billion consists of his “brand.”

It might come as a surprise to some that his name has adorned some rather shady businesses in recent years. From the so-called Trump University to various less than savory ventures connected to his casinos, Trump’s valuable name has created instant publicity to business ventures for years, with little or no apparent policing from Donald Trump to protect the value of that name.

One such venture was “Trump Escorts.” Trump Escorts was apparently a high end escort service whose website (http://trumpescorts.com) featured the Trump International logo.

The domain name, which was acquired in 2007, now redirects to Mystique Companions, the new name for Trump Escorts. Almost nothing on the site has changed besides the logo. The new domain name was purchased at the end of October and Trump Escorts was re-branded in November of 2015, while Donald was in the heat of his primary battle. If you don’t believe me, take a look at the internet archive of the site from October 2015.

So what is this international “escort service” really offering?

Our ladies are all upscale and skilled, building great anticipation in their presence. We don’t cater for wild parties, but we do facilitate tasteful, exciting encounters between mature and high-minded adults.

Oh, “building great anticipation” sure does sound exciting. The fees for the services of the escorts range from $800 per hour to $45,000 for an entire month. Wow, imagine all the “dates” one could go on for a whole month! In order to skirt laws against prostitution, the site makes it clear that women are only being paid for their time, and whatever unfolds is between the client and the hooker “escort”:

Our upmarket courtesan models’ fees are for their time. Please do not send lists of ‘services’ you expect to receive… We are not a red light establishment, we introduce you to beautiful dates. How your time together naturally unfolds, is between you and your captivating date.”

Now here is where this story starts getting even more interesting, as some powerful people have noticed that I have been touching on this sleazy subject. I started tweeting about this scandal on May 26th, which is when I began this article.

I woke up this morning to find that The Washington Post had already jumped on my revelations with an article titled Solving the mystery of ‘Trump Escorts’. It is a far cry from real investigative journalism. The reporter contacted Trump’s jewish Executive Vice President and General Counsel to confirm that Donald Trump had nothing to do with this “escort service”:

Alan Garten, general counsel at The Trump Organization, confirmed as much when we reached him by email on Thursday. “Mr. Trump has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with this,” he wrote. “Period.” […]

“Last year, someone brought this to our attention,” Garten wrote. “In response, we sent a letter demanding they cease and desist from using his name and they did. As a company we zealously protect Mr. Trump’s valuable name, brand and trademarks. Unfortunately, as the brand has grown in popularity around the world, there are more and more people who have tried to trade off his name.”

ChTQQCTWMAAkTlNChTQQCTWMAAkTlNHow was this only brought to the attention of The Trump Organization last year? The site had been active for years, using Trump’s brand name to market “escorts” and presumably making lots of money. Years of illegally using Trump’s brand without anyone noticing? If the Trump team was really trying to “zealously protect” the brand, one would expect them to have better situational awareness. This all seems very fishy to me. Why would they allow the TrumpEscorts.com domain name to continue to redirect to the re-branded escort service? Why would they not sue Trump Escorts for infringement?

Would it really surprise anyone if it turned out Donald Trump was involved in an international escort service and now has his organization working quickly to cover his tracks? Perhaps the mafia “Don” sees nothing wrong with following in the family business. Donald’s grandfather Friedrich Drumpf moved to the US from Germany, renamed himself Fred Trump, and then made his fortune with seedy brothels and restaurants in the Wild West during the Gold Rush of the 1890s? This is all well-documented.

Unfortunately, we will likely not get to the bottom of this story, since I do not have the resources to follow the money trail and properly investigate this details. I also very much doubt any media outlet, left-wing or right-wing, will do anything other than run cover for Trump. The really scary thing is that most people, especially those riding on the Trump Train, wouldn’t care one bit if it was revealed that the likely next President of the US was actually a high-level pimp.

It’s only business, right?
