While back my daughters friends baby was killed by being run over while in a shopping kart in the parking lot of a Dollar General just down the street by one of Pendeobergs protected illegal Mexico Citizens who was drunk as a skunk by noon and speeding through a parking lot.
The mother was injured, he hit an older lady putting groceries into her car.
She died later.

My daughter was pregnant with two children in her SUV when one of Pendejoberg’s protected illegal Mexico Citizens who could not speak a word of English, had no insurance or drivers license blew through a red light at high speed T Boning my daughters vehicle.
If not for the air bags we would have buried our daughter and the two children.

My wife who went to the assault by motor vehicle site watched the illegal loaded into a city EMS for a tax payer funded trip to the hospital where the tax payers would pay for her medical care.
When she asked the cop why the illegal was not given any citations the cop lied to my wife and said he was going to follow the EMS to the emergency room and give Pendejoberg’s protected illegal some citations there.

Our daughters back still hurts from the assault years later.

The vehicle the daughter got to replace the totaled one was a few months later sitting on the street in front of her house one night during a bad thunderstorm.
What they though was a close thunder was someone totaling her vehicle with a F-150 Ford pickup.
Next morning when they saw what had happened and called the cops, the cops could not even follow the scrape marks in the asphalt around the corner to find the abandoned truck.
The daughter had to do this and lead the cops to the truck.

Security camera footage showed the pickup make it around the corner, a man get out, look things over, reach in get his beer and walk off.

When the daughter insisted the cops follow up, the owners of the truck claimed it was at their mechanics who drove it to get pizza and someone stole it from the pizza cafe.
Of course no theft had been reported and the cops did not seem interested in pushing the issue by doing some real police work.

Then about 10 PM one night another of Pendejoberg’s no insurance no drivers license losers took out a very expensive mail box which locks to keep Pendeojo’s criminals from stealing our mail, took down a beautiful Mountain Laruel tree I spent years growing, damaged another tree I spent years growing, shot concrete border blocks onto the front porch which would have killed anyone on the porch at the time.
The only thing kept the car from coming in the house was the mailbox rolled it on it’s side so it deflected into the trees.

Women are grabbed off of jogging tails, raped and murdered.
Pedophiles try to kidnap little children in mall parking lots, homeless drug addicts shoot up I plain sight on busy intersections where they terrorize motorist for cash.

Nirenberg is the city council’s tip of the spear. His supporting left-of-center cast moved to the ultra-left with three new councilpersons possessed with Marxist messianic zeal.

The following are a sampler of deplorable conduct by Mayor Nirenberg and the City Council.

The Council passed a mandate for the Paris Climate Accord targeting net-zero emissions.
The City removed the 63-year-old Christopher Columbus Statue in a city park.
Ten of the eleven City Council genuflected and saluted with clenched fists in solidarity with BLM at City Hall.
The Mayor marched in unity with BLM demonstrators. Later he addressed the BLM demonstration “Hold me accountable for it because I’m the mayor of this god damn city and we’re gonna make change together.”
The City created a Department of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The Department is a trailblazing pioneer in implementing, the first of its kind, Equity Maps assigning equity scores by city census tracts. Census tracts can earn a high score based on the higher percentage of people of color, Spanish as a first language, high illiteracy, and below-median household income. Census tracts with high scores prioritize resource allocations—a violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment and Article 1 of the Texas Constitution.
During the 2022 bond hearings, Nirenberg remarked, “We wouldn’t be able to correct 40 years, 50 years, 75 years of inequity….our goal is to move deliberately in this community towards equity anytime we allocate a resource.” The Mayor’s warped equity lens (Identity Marxism) targets the City’s 23% non-Hispanic white minority population.

The National Equity Atlas is a partnership between the radical PolicyLink and the USC Equity Research Institution ultra-left think-tank providing cities with local demographic data tools. The tools and strategies equip cities in advancing equity justice policies. Marxist term “equity” is not found in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. It is a euphemism for resource redistribution and reparations advocated by PolicyLink.

PolicyLink is deep-rooted in the City of San Antonio. In collaboration with National Equity Atlas, PolicyLink advises San Antonio to use equity scoring to drive differentiation into policy and budget decision-making. PolicyLink previously employed the City’s former Chief Equity Officer. Also, the City hosted the launch of PolicyLink’s inaugural All-In Cities Chief Equity Officers Policy Network to embed racial equity into public policy.
