Sonia Barrett is the Author of The Holographic Canvas: The Fusing of Mind and Matter, published in 2008.

Sonia Barrett has appeared on panels with such noted speakers/scientists as Dr. Amit Goswami, Dr. Bruce Lipton and a number of others. She has been a Key Note speaker at a number of conferences to name a few; the ISSSEEM Conference, Conscious Life Expo, Conspiracy Con and the Alchemy Conference. Sonia Barrett is a popular radio guest and has appeared on television as well. She appeared in the 2010 film Ghetto Physics, produced by Will Arntz (producer of What the Bleep do We Know) and E Raymond Brown. She also appears in the upcoming docudrama (2012) Openings, The Search for Harry.

She is currently producing her first documentary titled The Business of Disease, a 90 minute feature. Sonia Barrett is also publishing a companion book for the film filled with chapters from everyone in the film The Business of Disease. She is also the host/producer and founder of Sovereign Mind Radio and the founder and publisher of Sovereign Mind Magazine.

In 2010 Sonia Barrett wrote an article titled the The Marketing of Breast Cancer, The Pink Ribbon Agenda; the positive feedback was staggering. This lead to the production The Business of Disease as she points out “in examining social actions and responses it is evident that in general we function in a fear driven society, much of which is motivated by external stimulus; media and marketing. Unwittingly we surrender rights to our spirit, mind and body. Our perception is deluded in our attempt to make conscious choices. Our choices are then largely a result of stored conditioning. This converts to insecurities in evaluating our competence in decision making capacities relating to our health and personal freedom. There is very little motivation or encouragement to trust our instincts which should precede external approval. The fact is that as individuals we are responsible for our bodies. We have an obligation to manage these bodies through which we experience the gift of life. To relinquish responsibility to doctors and pharmaceutical companies is to abandon self-reliance and self-responsibility which are essential features in the manner in which we manage our health.”
