AROUND two dozen angry students have greeted Victorian Premier Denis Napthine at Melbourne’s La Trobe University to protest against recent course cuts.
Security guards had to hold back several of the group during a scuffle to the entrance of a new $288 million Centre for AgriBioscience.
After Dr Napthine was inside the building, they stood at the window and continued chanting.
Some held signs that read: “Students for Sale”.
“No cut backs, no fees, no Tori scum MPs,” the protesters shouted.
