Tattooing people has existed for thousands of years as either a form of expression, or to mark group affiliation.

We’ve all heard the terms ‘ink’ or ‘tat’ or ‘skin art’ before, which are body modifications that involve inserting ink just below the surface of the skin. And like most of you, I’ve always wanted to understand how it’s actually done. The video below captures the process in slow motion.
