The Head of the Economic and Social Committee that oversaw the national dialogue, Ibrahim Bouderbala, revealed that the draft of the new Constitution has been completed, pointing out that it will be handed over on Monday to President Kais Saied. In a radio statement, Bouderbala said: "A return to the presidential system has been approved in the new draft of the Constitution, and the President of the Republic is the one who is authorised to appoint the members of the government, which will be responsible before him" noting that "the President of the Republic is the head of the executive authority in the new Constitution, and the government will assist him to accomplish his program".
