Statistically, two girls or women are raped by groups of men every day in Germany. This is the finding of a Bild inquiry to the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA). Every second suspect in the crime had no German “nationality” (i.e., passport).
Men from Islamic countries such as Afghanistan, Syria or Iraq were frequently represented. Measured against their small share of the population in Germany, Afghans in particular were disproportionately common among the perpetrators. In 2018, they made up 0.3 percent of the population but were suspected perpetrators in six percent of gang rapes. The vast majority committed their crimes while still in the asylum process.
According to Bild, the BKA counted a total of 704 gang rape cases in 2020. In 2019, there were 710, and in 2018 there were 659 cases.
Criminologist Christian Pfeiffer, 77, said he sees “always the same basic pattern” among perpetrators: “Frustrated young men who can’t make it.” These, he said, come from a culture in which men take the clearly dominant role in society. In Germany, they then live in an outsider role, he said. “They realize that they have a hard time getting girls.” They can’t find a partner here from their cultural background because only a few women have fled. Frustration, aggression and violence follow.
Yes, and what can be done about it? Nothing of course! Because dealing with the rapefugees would be intolerant and bigoted, and ousting the corrupt government that enabled it all could mean “Hitler will return”, and nobody could possibly want that (after year’s of anti-NS indoctrination). So everything remains the same, the problems become more pressing and glaring, the whining too, but no action follows.
