Three people arrested after owner sees his stolen yacht on television

(Scroll down for video) A television news report showed how three people were being rescued by police after being stranded at sea.
While seeing the news report, one man realized that the yacht which was shown on television was his stolen vessel.
At first, police attempted to rescue the three people onboard but soon after completing the rescue mission, the three were arrests.
Police said that the robbers took the boat before dawn and sailed the boat to a coastal town south of San Francisco, California, where they became stranded on a surf beach.
While watching the rescue mission live on television, yacht owner John Fruth, recognised his vessel and alerted authorities.
The three arrested suspects on the yacht were identified by police as Leslie Gardner, 63, Dario Mira, 54, and Lisa Modawell, 56.
The yacht is reportedly worth $4 million, accommodates six people in three cabins and is available for rent at a rate of $5,000 per day.
