12,000-year-old circles of limestone columns weighing from 7 to 15 tons or more
have been excavated in Gobekli Tepe, Turkey, about 6 miles southeast of Urfa.
Older than Egypt, Sumeria and Stonehenge, 40 standing T-shaped columns have so far
been revealed in four circles 98 feet (30 meters) in diameter. But that’s only 5% of the
Gobekli complex of repeating stone pillars in circles. Ground-penetrating radar
indicates there are 250 more pillars in circles extending over another 25 acres

May 25, 2012 – More Than 1,000 Dolphins Dead in Northern Peru Since January: Acoustic Trauma? Biotoxins? Natural Causes?

Since January 2012, more than 1,000 dolphins have washed up on the beaches
between Pimentel and Lambayeque near Chiclayo north of San Jose. One veterinarian
has discovered cracked and broken ear bones consistent with acoustical trauma –
but what is the underwater source of explosive sounds that could damage so many
dolphins and a few Burmeister porpoises? Also some 1,500 brown pelicans
and cormorants along same beaches and as far south as Lima have died.
Coast Guard official Cesar Villaneuva says in 25 years, he has never seen so many
dead and dying pelicans on the beach. Environmentalists say the bird die-off is due to
change in sea water temperatures, loss of normal marine food and subsequent starvation.

May 21, 2012 – Morphing Sun in May 20th Annular Eclipse.

The Moon’s orbit around the Earth is not a perfect circle and its Earth-Moon distance varies by 13 percent. So when the Moon is on the far side of its orbit, it appears slightly smaller than the Sun and therefore does not completely cover the solar disc during an annular eclipse, leaving a ring of sunlight around the Moon. The May 20, 2012, annular eclipse began in China and swept eastward across Japan and the Pacific Ocean to southern Oregon, northern California, southern Utah, Northern Arizona and central New Mexico where Albuquerque was centered in the middle of the eclipse path.

May 17, 2012 – Judge Blocks NDAA Indefinite Detention Provision.

On May 16, 2012, four and a half months after Pres. Barack Obama signed the controversial National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) on New Year’s Eve during his Hawaiian vacation, U. S. District Judge Katherine Forrest in Manhattan ruled in favor of reporters, writers and activists, who sued Pres. Obama, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and the Department of Defense for violating the free speech 1st Amendment in the American Bill of Rights in the NDAA’s Sections 1021 and 1022 that would allow indefinite detainment under military authority of an American citizen or permanent resident only on “suspicion of providing substantial support” to people engaged in hostilities against the U.S., such as al-Qaeda.
May 16, 2012 – Mysterious Aerial Object
Nearly Caused Mid-Air Collision Over Denver.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is investigating and Denver’s Channel 9-TV reports, “Radio transmissions from LiveATC.net confirm a nervous-sounding pilot reported a strange aerial object at 5:17 PM Mountain on Monday, May 14, 2012.
The pilot is heard telling air traffic control: ‘A remote-controlled aircraft, or what? Something just went by the other way … about 20 to 30 seconds ago. It was like a large, remote-controlled aircraft.’ The corporate jet, a Cessna Citation 525 CJ1, was flying at 8,000 feet above sea level over Cherry Creek when the mystery object came close enough to make any pilot nervous.”
To date, military, local and federal law enforcement and local airports and model aircraft clubs deny any knowledge of what alarmed the Cessna pilot. See: Denver’s 9News Video.

Wheat Formation of May 5, 2012.
RCS Mediagroup in Milan, Italy, reports that farmer Carmel Mallia on Sunday morning, May 5, 2012, found in his wheat field – not far from the Italian Riesi island’s city center in the district of “The Schette” – the five-pointed star
below.
It’s in the province of Caltanissetta where 8,000 people live. Police were called to investigate and found no evidence of tracks in or around the formation.“The owner of the field says that on Saturday morning, May 5, 2012, at 8:00 AM, his neighbor called him by name: ‘Carmè!! (Carmelo) a star is in your field!’ The owner assures that he was in his field untill 11:00 PM the night before [Friday, May 4] and that earlier on Friday he woke up at 6:00 AM and nothing was there for sure during Friday. He called the police (on Saturday) and they made some inspections in the field, which is fenced and there is a gate closed with a chain. No way to enter the field and no tracks of any kind. The formation lies in the middle of the field and there is no sign of steps anywhere around it. The owner is really impressed. He believes it is not man made, and he also says that the day before he went to the Padre Pio’s Sanctuary, and he believes this formation is a possible good Divine sign.”

May 11, 2012 – Ancient Mayan Guatemalan Wall Paintings
Discovered That Include Cone-Shaped Head.
1,200-years-old, the oldest known preserved Mayan wall paintings, include astronomical calculations and calendars that do not end on December 21, 2012, but are time and cosmic cycle calculations far into the future. There are also three black-skinned figures wearing the same large, round medallion on head and neck – a uniform headdress never seen before. One red-skinned king is dressed in blue feathers.

On May 1, 2012, nuclear experts and former diplomats issued an “Urgent Request” for UN intervention to stabilize the Fukushima nuclear power plant Unit 4’s highly radioactive spent fuel contained in water about 100 feet above the nuclear reactor. U. S. Senator Roy Wyden (Oregon-D) visited Fukushima on April 6, 2012, and issued an April 16, press release describing Unit 4 as a “catastrophic risk.” As of May 2, Japan’s Health Ministry reported that radioactive Cesium-137 has been “detected in 51 food products from nine prefectures in excess of a new government-set limit introduced April 1.”

On Sunday, April 22, 2012, at 7:51 AM Pacific, a very bright daylight meteor was seen and its boom heard from California to Nevada. NASA and SETI scientists are seeking photos and video footage to better analyze the trajectory of the meteor and learn about its orbit in space. This information will also help scientists to locate the places along the meteor path where fragments may have fallen to the ground. People who have photos or video of the meteorite are asked to contact astronomer Peter Jenniskens at petrus.m.jenniskens@nasa.gov.

Jenniskens thinks he found carbonaceous chondrite fragments above totaling
4 grams of the Sierra Nevada meteor in a parking lot of Henningsen-Lotus Park,
in Lotus, CA, located on the American River not far from Sutter’s Mill, where the California
Gold Rush began on January 24, 1848, when gold was found at Sutter’s Mill.
Now called “Sutter’s Mill Meteorite,” these rare CM chondrites
found at the large red circle
on left west of Sutter’s Mill and Coloma, CA, (red circles lower right) are like the famous
Murchison meteorite known to contain a rich mix of complex organic compounds
associated with life forms such as amino acids and purine/pyrimidine nucleobases.

Emitting “Eerie Humming Sound.”
Five days after April 12th MoD scramble of two Typhoon jets over Bath, England, where residents saw UFOs, [see Apr. 27 Earthfiles] Costa del Sol, Spain, residents were awakened at 5 AM on Easter morning, April 8th, to see and hear three jets scrambled after a long, thin UFO emitting strange sound.

Residents in five counties of Central California and from Reno
to Winemucca, Nevada, reported loud, ground-shaking boom at 8 AM,
April 22, 2012. Some witnesses also reported streaking light in the sky
and astronomers say it was probably a meteorite hitting the ground.
April 20, 2012 – Persistent Booms Linked to
Rare “Earthquake Swarm” in New Brunswick, Canada.

At the north end of the small, 1400 population Canadian village
of McAdam, New Brunswick, (red circle) beginning at 1:40 AM on
March 10, 2012, residents were awakened by what sounded like “an explosion,
rattling windowpanes and knocking pictures off the wall.” Since then, there have
been almost 40 more booms and quakes, all small magnitude, but seismic
experts are puzzled by the shallow depth of less than 1 kilometer (.6 miles).
The University of New Brunswick and Natural Resources Canada have
installed three seismographs in the small village of 1400 to learn more.

Black discolored Red Snapper and eyeless shrimp have been found in the Gulf of Mexico
for the past year along with eyeless fish, fish with tumors and lesions, eyeless crabs,
crabs with soft shells, clawless crabs, shrimp with tumors on their heads, the complete
absence of white shrimp and only about 30% of the brown shrimp that used

down on the floor of the Baltic Sea some 60 nautical miles from
nearest land. Ocean Explorer divers discovered this feature
and a second smaller anomaly 600 feet away on June 19, 2011.

in Jacksonville, Florida, reported that between 8:15 AM
and 8:30 AM that 9/11 centers in five counties were “swamped
with calls from people with similar reports.”
March 11, 2012 – First Anniversary of 3/11 Fukushima Disaster.
On the 1st anniversary of the Japanese quake and tsunami catastrophe, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) thinks more people beyond the 70,000 evacuated so far need to be removed beyond the 12-mile-dead-zone around the TEPCO nuclear power plants because radioactive contamination beyond the dead zone exceeds safe levels. The IAEA recently warned that the “average level of caesium-137 is double its operational criteria for evacuation – 1 MBq/m2 of caesium-137.” But to date, the Japanese government has not agreed to widen the evacuation zone. High radiation levels in the dead zone are reportedly preventing workers from recovering bodies left by the tsunami of March 11, 2011.

A six-year survey of millions of stars using a microlensing technique found
that nearly every star has orbiting planets. The average number of planets per star
is more than one; thus, there are 100-plus billion planets in the Milky Way galaxy.
