The shooting happened on April 2, when 43-year-old Korean-American, One Goh, opened fire on students at the Oikos College, killing seven people and injuring three others.
Goh, a former student at the college, was arrested an hour after his rampage at a shopping center in the nearby city of Alameda.
Police say he has confessed to shooting people with a .45-caliber handgun and then fleeing the scene.
He allegedly planned the killing after he was expelled from the college for “anger management issues,” police say, adding that the Korean-born suspect was also angry at the college staff as well as other students because they teased him for his poor English skills.
However, an administrator at the college has asserted that Goh had dropped out of school and repeatedly demanded a tuition refund.
Goh has not entered a plea on the charges he is facing yet.
