According to IRIB World Service, the former US State Department spokesman said on Tuesday that the next US president cannot make any change in US nuclear agreement with Iran.
He added that the Obama administration is trying to fade away the role of Congress in US foreign policy and in conclusion of international agreements, and to continue nuclear talks with Iran.
Crowley pointed out that the nuclear talks will continue in the year 2016 aimed the election campaign in the run-up to US presidential vote, while the biggest challenge of the US president is how to interact with Congress if the US government reaches an agreement with Iran.
He said that some Republicans note in case of an agreement with Iran, they would not be satisfied with such an agreement.
But, it seems highly unlikely for the next US president to refuse to accept an agreement which the former US administration has concluded.
