FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda Inspite of all the “red-line” rhetoric against Bashar Assad regime by the world nuclear powers – on Wednesday, the US-UK-France decided to “delay” the attack on Syria. Why? Because, the three Israeli poodles, Obama, Cameron and Hollande were told by their military generals that Syria is neither Iraq or Libya. Assad regime is supported by country’s powerful military establishment and the public. Furthermore, two nuclear powers, Russia and China – and non-nuclear regional powers, Iran and Hizbullah support Assad regime.
Israeli Hasbara mouthpiece, The Wall Street Journal, whined on August 28, that American and British lawmakers urged their governments to delay the decision as result of Tehran and Damascus threats to hit Israel if Syria is attacked by foreign powers.
On late Wednesday, David Cameron’s government agreed to Israeli poodles’ demand and Israel-Firster William Hague played down the prospects of an imminent attack on Syria, while claiming London doesn’t want to repeat its 2003 mistake against Iraq.
According to Reuters, Barack Obama vowed to bring the downfall of Assad regime but expressed his willingness to delay an immediate military attack on Syria until Russia and China come on board.
Last week, Iran’s Spiritual Leader, Ayatullah Khamenei, warned western powers that invasion of Syria could become their graveyard like Afghanistan and Iraq in the past.
On Wednesday, Russian president Vladimir Putin in a telephone conversation with Iranian president Hassan Rouhani rejected US-Israeli claim that Syrian army used the chemical weapons on civilians.
Earlier, both Ayatullah Khamenei and Hizbullah leader Sheikh Hasan Nasrallah warned Assad’s enemies that Iran and Hizbullah will defend Syria against foreign military attack with hit on Israel on the table. Hizbullah has proved it military muscles by defeating the 30,000-strong Jewish army in 2006 – and recently defeating the western-funded Takfiris in Syria last month.
On Wednesday, the governments of Jordan, Iraq and Lebanon told Washington and Ankara that they refuse to allow their airspaces or grounds being used for attacks against Syria.
Syrian president Bashar al-Assad mocked the western bullies, saying he has been expecting a military attack for the last two years based on US-Israeli lies about his regime.
“The overall experience of Israeli and Western aggression in the past three decades has left them with a clear understanding that the new generation of major conflicts cannot be won from the air or through long-range missiles, but by sending in ground forces and holding territory,” said a Syrian source.

The offensive by the US and its allies threatens to unleash a far broader regional and even global war. US hawks and military planners have pushed for war and “regime change” against Syria for a decade, aiming to clear the way for an attack on US imperialism’s main regional target, Iran, and set the stage for a US confrontation with Russia and China.
Iran has responded to the war threats by warning that attacks will be launched against Israel in retaliation. Iranian foreign ministry spokesman Abbas Araqchi said: “We want to strongly warn against any military attack in Syria. There will definitely be perilous consequences for the region. These complications and consequences will not be restricted to Syria. It will engulf the whole region.”
On Wednesday, apparently in response to the statements from Iran, Israel mobilized reservists and bolstered its missile defenses.
