He was born in Austria.

He was granted early release in December 2019.

The Vienna Police Department said that the attacker who was killed was an ISIS sympathizer.
The attacks occurred just hours before Austria entered a second nationwide partial lockdown related to the scamdemic.

The attacks began at around 20:00 local time in Schwedenplatz.

There were six different shooting locations, all near the street on which Vienna’s central synagogue is located.
The synagogue was already closed at the time of the shooting.
Was the synagogue being used by the attackers?
