Awake Goy Imagine an ISIS terrorist is driving a semi-truck outfitted with explosives. They are going 70 mph toward a U.S. military base. The terrorists are screaming and shouting with excitement as they prepare for the suicide mission. They think they’re going to kill Americans.
But then suddenly the security dollar rises from the ground. The truck slams into it and stops in its tracks. The terrorist truck explodes and ISIS failed miserably against the United States – again.
In the 75-second crash test included below, you’ll see that this machine is a wonderful defense against terrorists trying to blow through road blocks. They used a semi-truck in the test to demonstrate just how powerful the road blocker is.
The video description provides interesting details on the security device: “Heald’s HT1-Viper shallow mounted roadblocker is an imposing security barrier which requires an excavation depth of just 400 mm because of its clever folding design. It stands 1050 mm tall when fully raised and comes finished in bright yellow and black stripes as standard for high visibility, presenting a clear deterrent to would-be attackers. The Viper has been both PAS68 and ASTM tested to halt a 7.5 tonne truck travelling at a speed of 80 kph (50 mph) and continue to function afterwards.

Watch the product test below. It is very dramatic. You’ll see the truck launched toward the roadblock. As it make a direct hit, the truck rips apart and flies over the block. Any terrorist that was trying to blow up an American base would have been stopped in their tracks. It would have been an embarrassing failure for them and they might even have lost recruits because of how bad they looked.
The video shows the crash in slow motion at the 40-second mark. You’ll see the truck ram into the roadblock. Instantly the road block buckles under the weight of the truck and holds its ground. It’s the terrorist truck that gets demolished in a split second.
The cab of the truck launches forward and continues on its trajectory. Any terrorist that would have tried to bust through this roadblock would not have stood a chance of success.
