BETHLEHEM, (PIC)– Jewish settlers pumped wastewater into Palestinian farmland in Nahalin village to the west of Bethlehem on Wednesday.

Osama Shakarne, the Nahalin municipality chief, said that settlers from Beitar Elit settlement pumped wastewater into Palestinian land cultivated with almonds, olives, and grapes.

He said that the settlers every now and then pump wastewater into Palestinian farmland with the intention of destroying it especially during the harvest season.
