IRNA – Tehran’s interim Friday prayers leader criticized Saudi Arabia’s war in Yemen and said that Yemeni people will emerge victorious.
Ayatollah Kazem Seddiqi in second sermon of his Friday prayers referred to the Saudi rulers’ atrocities against the oppressed people of Yemen in the past years and said that despite the crimes committed, they ‘got nothing’.
‘Victory is for Yemenis,’ the cleric said.
He also described the defeat of Daesh (ISIS) in Syria and Iraq as a defeat for the US and Zionist regime.
Ayatollah Seddiqi lauded the role of Hezbollah resistance movement of Lebanon in fighting terrorism in the region.
