Burkina Faso Hotel Terrorist Attack in West Africa is a Fake Totally Staged

It is said that regarding the Burkina Faso Hotel attack that the following is the case:
- that terrorists set fire to cars outside of the hotel
- that these same terrorists then went on to take hostages
- that these individuals also fired in the air to keep people away
- that it was all done by al-Qaeda, a truly revealing claim that represents hard proof of the fraud
There is no proof of this to any degree. Nor is there any proof of the existence of any such terrorists. What there is apparently proof of is the existence of American and French special forces: on-site. What are they doing there other than perpetrating a fraud and a scam?
As well, clearly, this is a staged act, as proven by the set up at-hand. There can be no possibility that this was a real event as advertised with the presence of Western, globalist troops.
Sure, some cars were set on fire, not proof of anything. How convenient it is. The hotel remains fully intact:

Where are the 20 dead people? Where are the terrorists? Why can’t someone capture a live terrorists with all those local and special agent troops about?
Yet, it is said:

Where is the evidence for such a figure? Where are those dead? Why is there no imagery of dead or truly wounded people? One of the few images available is such as this:
It’s absolute amateur hour. What does this represent other than water poured down the woman’s dress? Moreover, what are all these people doing sitting around on the floor?
Is this supposed to be evidence of something? It’s quick, but on the video it appears that she is putting on an act.
Yet, it has to be real. Al-Mossad-aida says so.

Last month, Burkina Faso swore in Roch Marc Christian Kabore as president, completing the troubled West African state’s transition after the overthrow of its longtime ruler, Blaise Compaore in 2014 and a failed coup attempt in September.
Burkina Faso, which produces gold and cotton, is diverse in religious terms and has a population that is around 60 per cent Muslim, according to government figures.
