With ABC News’ release of the George Zimmerman photo showing blood flowing freely from his head, the question becomes whether Angela Corey, the prosecutor in the case, had access to the photo before charging Zimmerman with second-degree murder.
The arrest affidavit did not mention the photograph, or the bleeding, gashes, and bruises on Zimmermans’ head. Professor Alan Dershowitz of Harvard Law School stated upon release of the arrest affidavit that it was “so thin that it won’t make it past a judge on a second degree murder charge … everything in the affidavit is completely consistent with a defense of self-defense.”
After the release of the photo, however, Dershowitz went much further, telling Breitbart News that if the prosecutors did have the photo and didn’t mention it in the affidavit, that would constitute a “grave ethical violation,” since affidavits are supposed to contain “all relevant information.”
Dershowitz continued, “An affidavit that willfully misstates undisputed evidence known to the prosecution is not only unethical but borders on perjury because an affiant swears to tell not only the truth, but the whole truth, and suppressing an important part of the whole truth is a lie.”

What the Florida Gestapo is trying to do is railroad what is probably an innocent man, while, at the same time, ignoring the NBPP who threatened the life of Zimmerman and threatened to kill all the crackers, honkeys and pink people.
Eric Holder won’t do anything to them because, as he explasined to Congress, they’re “his people.”
Florida will set up a kangaroo court to try an obvious case of self-defense, but won’t go after real threats to society.
Until whites are ready and willing to take the fight to the streetsthese Gestapos will continue to ignore them and deny them their basic rights.

The cynical part of myself thinks that Dershowitz is simply defending Zimmerman due to his high pofile lotality to “his people” but he actually makes good sense here for once in his life. The back of Zimmerman’s head was already released to the public weeks ago just after he was arrested you can see massive gashes. Therefore this was clearly a case of self defense even if critics might assert that he “started” the confrontation.

To repeat point, it is always wise and in your interests as an intelligent person to always look at who has a dog in the race.
Dershowitz is a known zionist agent of influence who claims to be a lawyer and educator yet rabble rouses over the dead body of a minor on behalf of an alledged murder outside a court of law.

It is not the prosecutor’s duty to formulate the defense in a murder trail.

Dershowitz misses the bus on this one.
True, Zimmerman defended himself, as he as a right to under Natural Law.
However, Zimmerman is the sacrificial lamb, sacrificed on the altar of “political correctness” to appease black who would riot instead.
The case of Zimmerman is a grave injustice. I hope that Hispanics will remember this, and remember it well.
All Blacks are not militants, and all militants are not black….but here’s an idea that I’m sure I’ll get flamed for:
Tell all MILITANT individuals of whatever color…..Black, Green, Blue, White, Orange, whatever……..”Y’all can have California and Florida. You must create and maintain your own economy, remain peaceful relations with your bordering neighbors, you may have no relations at all, but any you have must be peaceful. You may trade on the open market with anyone you wish, but may not use any type of coercion or force to do so. Now, go home.”
One of two things would happen. 1) they would cannibalize each other until there were so few left you could drown the rest in a small swimming pool, or 2) they would find ways to govern themselves that would allow them to survive through commerce with other actors in the market. That form of government (or any actions they take within their own borders) would be nobody’s business, unless the effects of those actions breached a neighboring border, or they tried to force actions against others outside their “state”. Violators will be prosecuted with extreme prejudice.
Either outcome would benefit society.

Zimmerman was clearly told by the 911 dispatcher to NOT PURSUE the man he was following. Zimmerman IS listed as a “911 harasser.” If Zimmerman had just listened to the orders of the 911 dispatcher this whole situation WOULD NOT have happened. I don’t give a f**k about the race factor! Zimmerman IS at fault. I don’t care if he was green with yellow polka dots, the man should have let things go and then the world would not be on the brink of a race war.

The dispatcher said “YOU DON”T NEED TO DO THAT”, to which Zimmerman replied “OK” and started back to his car. Zimmerman is the only one with head wounds, a slit lip and a busted nose. The real pictures of 6ft. 3inch Trayvon are nothing like the pictures they keep showing on MSNBC and the rest of the racist stations.
A race war is coming and there is nothing going to stop it. The last 3 years, millions of white people have purchaced millions of assult rifles and high power scoped hunting rifles to go along with the 26 million weapons of the good old boys.

Lara Vogel went missing on Maui in February 2009 right after she text messaged one of her friends that she was going to talk with the locals. By the way the name locals means anyone who is non white in Hawaii.
There is a record that her cellphone was used after her disappearance to a guy who the media refuses to name but I found out that it was a jew named Adahm North. I also found out and even confronted Nathan Kai[po Spencer a local with ties to the Maui Police and has been arrested about fifty times. He was always let off or like in a lot of cases he got acquitted because of not given a speedy trial. He even got free scuba diving lessons for a home invasion and attack on an elderly white man.
Nathan was a friend to Adahm North and was camping at Pauwela light house the night that Larua dissappeared. In fact he used to rent a room from him in Haiku.
Nathan also assaulted a guy named James Foster and he died as a result of the injuries recieved in that assault. the Maui police who are almost all Mexicans or Polynesians refused to let James foster’s wife press charges. He aslo assaulted another white woman in his neighborhood and no charges were filed in that assault either.
When I confronted Nathan he told me that if I went to Pauwela Lighthouse to get the liscense numbers and try to find out the names of the rest of his friends who killed Laura Vogel that they would kill me and take my body out into the ocean in a boat.
In a previous investigation of the disappearance of another blonde girl named Astara Evenstar who also disappeared at Pauwela Lighthouse the Maui Police arrested me and put me in the A module where a guard told me that an inmate who was involved in the murder of Astara Evenstar would kill me. The A module is for the most dangerous criminals/ Because I slipped a note to a nurse and told her about the threats they couldn’t carry out the mission to kill me.
Because Jane Valez Mitchell knows about the Maui Police coverup she stopped even covering the Laura Vogel case.
It is obvious that since Laura is a blonde haired Nordic that was killed by a mixed race like Laura is that she doesn’t want to cover this case.
The truth is my heart is very angry. I saw a man kill innocent people when I was in Iraq. I thought he was my friend but he was a killer of innocent love…

The stupid racist comments are piling up like dung in an outhouse. FACT: A person was shot to death. FACT: The person who pulled the trigger was known to the police before it even happened. FACT: The police failed to arrest the perpetrator, which would have resulted in a TRIAL before a JURY of his PEERS in a COURT OF LAW.
Instead, the cops shrugged their shoulders and let Zimmerman walk. The airwaves consequently got saturated with every ignoramus who wasn’t there that night weighing in on his version of what reeeely happened and how Zimmerman was/wasn’t acting in self defense and Martin wasn’t/was an innocent victim.
This is not the same as shooting someone breaking into your home or robbing a convenience store at gunpoint. This is about an adult—an armed, self-styled vigilante—and a minor—a teen-ager wearing a sweatshirt with a hood and brandishing a bag of candy—in a confrontation with a tragic ending. Let’s pretend that they were both black or both white. Can you enlightened racists clear the debris from your befuddled brains to take a look at WHY this whole affair was mishandled from square one? It is now impossible for George Zimmerman to get a fair trial and for Trayvon Martin’s family to keep their son’s name from being further besmirched regardless of the outcome of the trial. 1. he should have kept his mouth shut a prelim..Judge had forewarned him not to make a apology or a statement to the victims family present in the proceedings.
2. The photographic evidence should not have been released to any news source period. The photo is from a cell phone…not a official police camera ..It looks fishy already..Blood looks planted…wrong drain pattern.
3. photo was not tagged as evidence or stipulated that it was evidence.
4. This stupid move by whoever has set this fisaco up will result in a mistrial before we even get to hear the opening arguements. This was a stupid bail hearing to bind the accused to prelim…trial proceedings..
5.A first year law student would not have made these procedural errors.
He will walk……no doubt…2nd degree murder is hard to get a conviction on anyway. Has to be airtight.
I would have charged him with negligence homocide..due to the fact he was told repeatedly by the 911 dispatcher to break off his contact with the suspect… also in contempt for opening his mouth when the judge had given him instructions otherwise..

Since we still don’t have all the facts in place yet, I’m not going to speculate on what really happened; but as it looks so far, I predict Zimmerman will walk – and there’ll be rioting. I’m only hoping Black people will show enough restraint not to be suckered into the race war the media and power elites want. If that happens it will be an excuse for martial law, boots on the ground, bayonets in our faces, curfews, illegal searches, gun confiscations and further erosion of our civil rights.
