Here is a story about a guy named Chris Roubis. He is a Light Worker that helps the voiceless animals and the innocent from injustices. Most know him for standing up for women on the internet against bullies, stalkers and predators e.g. Peter Andrew Nolan, also another psychotic sociopath by the name of Dallas Clarke, that runs www.judicialwatch.org.au & www.ekkysoftware.com

On the friday evening, just after a long jog with his dog at Moss Vale’s bike track, Chris Roubis got pulled over for a random Breathalyzer test by Goulburn Police Force. When Chris Roubis asked the officers if they were a corporation and if they were offering Chris Roubis an adhesion contract to blow in the machine, and do they have a contract between himself and the NSW Police Force. (Adhesion Contract = A type of contract, a legally binding agreement between two parties to do a certain thing, in which once side has all the bargaining power and uses it to contract primarily to his or her advantage.) Police did not answer his questions, they only responded with brute force and arrested him.

Since the NSW Police Force works under the Corporation known as, COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA CIK#: 0000805157 (see all company filings) and since the NSW Police Force are also a Corporation, ABN 43 408 613 180.
Chris Roubis did everything right, and Goulburn NSW Police did everything wrong posing as public servants, by masquerading as government, when they are actually are a corporation that must use commerce law, contract law, UCC, PPS.
In the Crimes ACT: impersonating a public officer will land you up to 7 years jail. Since our Corporate Government uses fraud and deception to rule over us, the Corporate Police officers known as the NSW Police Force will continue to use fraud and deception to terrorize the innocent.

While Chris Roubis was arrested for 4 hours, he was not allowed to drink water. They refused to give him any water, even though Chris Roubis was turning white and his lips started to flake from the dehydration of the long run he had with his dog prior to being arrested. He was shaking and feeling faint. Chris also was suffering from shock, since a Detective Seargant Mathew Wood, had attacked him from behind to the head, while Chris Roubis was answering a Police questionnaire at the front desk.

Some Police officers were taunting Chris Roubis and calling him a muslim, after chris said he doesn’t drink. Even when Chris Roubis was rubbing the back of his head when he got hit by Seargant Mathew M Wood, Constable Stuart Harris was saying out loud, “look guys we hurt him”, and laughing .

When they asked Chris Roubis to empty his pockets and take off his watch and necklace, they noticed the Jupiter Talisman Chris Roubis was wearing. It had hebrew writing on the back and a star of david on the front. From this, Goulburn Police assumed he might of been a Jew. So once again Senior Constable Stuart Harris, Senior Constable John Mcvey, Senior Constable Morgan Carey, Detective Seargant Mathew M Wood (acting inspector) again taunted and ridiculed Chris Roubis by calling him a filthy Jew, saying that we all hate jews with a passion, they a shapeshifters and reptilians just like the Queen… and started pulling out religious icons from Chris Roubis’s wallet and started showing them around the station as they laughed.

Chris Roubis kept asking to not leave his dog in the car, he kept begging to make a call to get his dog picked up, but Goulburn Police ignored him many many times, until about 3 hours into his arrest Constable Morgan Carey allowed a phone call to get his dog picked up from his abandoned car on the side of the road that was left unlocked by Goulburn Police. This was a blatant form of animal cruelty / animal abuse by Goulburn Police. I could not imagine how dehydrated my dog would of been in a hot car that just came back from a long run at the park. Chris Roubis told Goulburn Police that his dog needed to be cooled down from a long run, they ignored him yet again many many times.

Goulburn Police even refused Chris Roubis legal council. Constable Stuart Harris kept saying later and after we finish this constantly.

Goulburn Police had no duty of care and no due process.
