Liquidate Your Local Police

Mary Lee Cook, an 84-year-old resident of Oak Hill, Florida, didn’t seem like the kind of person who would secretly cultivate marijuana behind her home. Yet on June 6, deputies assigned to the East Volusia County Narcotics Task Force materialized on her doorstep in response to a tip that Cook was growing the illicit weed on her property.

Diane Young, Chief of the Oak Hill Police Department, had already visited the scene. Without notifying Cook or presenting a search warrant, Young had climbed a fence and taken photographs of the offending plants.

The deputies searched Cook’s backyard and found a half-dozen desiccated pot plants. Under what is advertised as the “law,” this was sufficient evidence to justify arresting the octogenarian and seizing her property. In this case, however, the deputies destroyed the plants and dropped the charges.

It was her considerable good fortune that Cook was the Mayor of Oak Hill, a town of about 1,500 people. She had inherited that position just a few weeks earlier when her immediate predecessor, Darla Lauer, resigned in disgust and frustration. The proximate cause of Lauer’s dismay was Chief Young – the same officer who had supposedly received the “tip” about Cook’s secret marijuana garden, and had used illegal means to take photographs of the contraband.

  1. “Homeland Security” has set up “Boss Hogg” operations all over the map
    in cities and towns.
Not as legitimate “Law Enforcement” but for REVENUE GENERATION.

They also make use of “Code Enforcement”, an unconstitutional, criminal
attachment to city gov’t which is based upon the “United Nations Uniform
    Property Maintenance Code”.

This is a clever name for THUGGERY on a scale that beggars description,
forced upon small towns under THREAT of withholding Federal funding.
“Code Enforcement” has “officers” with badges driving vehicles taxpayers
pay for going out harassing preying on homeowners with ticketed
citations for tall grass, a tricycle in the yard or peeling paint on a shed.

If the homeowner does not comply with sometimes outlandish demands
from Code “officials”, fines are levied and if not paid promptly, seizure
of the property will result, (this being the entire purpose of the “United
Nations Uniform Property Maintenance Code”, to STEAL PROPERTY).

It IS high time to LIQUIDATE these CRIMINAL OPERATIONS from our
cities and towns. Next step is to LIQUIDATE CORRUPT OFFICIALS and
their henchmen from STATE GOV’T. Final act is to LIQUIDATE PAID
LACKEY Congress-critters and Senators from the stinking morass in DC.

  2. Define liquidate.

    • Like with extreme prejudice? OK.

  3. The CIA are bringing in heroin and cocaine and the cops are worried about a
few pot plants. There is no limits to their shamelessness!!

  4. need to set boobie traps then i see…..I GROW WEED…….C.O.P’s..(Criminals…On…Patrole)

SAN DIEGO – A Gulf war veteran and his wife say a sheriff’s deputy shot the veteran in the back, leaving him paraplegic, and that the Sheriff’s Department then lied about the shooting, claiming the veteran had shot first.

Michael and Kimberly Foster sued San Diego County and its Sheriff William Gore in Federal Court.

Kimberly Foster says she called 911 from her Alpine home on Oct. 19, 2010, “out of concern for her husband’s safety.” She says she felt that her husband, an Army medic who had served in Bosnia and the Persian Gulf, “was having a PTSD episode.”

Alpine is a distant suburb in the hills east of San Diego.

She says San Diego County Sheriff deputies and a SWAT team responded to her call.

“At approximately 1:00 pm, plaintiff Michael Foster walked outside into his back yard in broad daylight. With his back turned to the officers and without provocation, plaintiff Michael Foster was shot multiple times in the back by the SWAT team members,” the complaint states.

    • That is so absolutely maddening! WHY did the SWAT team show up? Is this routine for a 911 call??? Am I stupid or something? Just more evidence that our vets are public enemy number one in the eyes of the police state. Sickening. The injustices will not go unpunished in the end.

On a lighter note, just for you TennWalt!! I heard this story on the radio today and it made me cry! I have a total soft spot for glass is half full types of folks and am total sucker for the rough and tumbles. God Bless these guys! Think about them tonight instead.

    • Lesson Number 1) NEVER call the police. Never trust 911. Never involved authority.

  6. If the government or police don’t follow the laws then neither shall we.
What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
If you can ship in drugs into the US we can take them from you.
If you can have an army that does you’re bidding then so can we.
You can make all the laws you want and we don’t have to obey them.
If you can kill one of us, we can kill one of you.
Were going to watch you and were going to video you.
We catch you doing wrong, were going to punish you.

    • Someone should kill Diane young the police chief.

  7. The ATF arms and trains the Mexican drug cartels.

The CIA is the Worlds largest Opium Pusher.

Mena Arkansas was like JR high (the age of the two boys murdered on the tracks) compared to what the USSA Federal Super Crooks have going on know days.

The war on drugs is really the War of Drugs. The war on terror is really The War of Terror.

Are best hope lays in local law enforcement who have a loyalty to the Constitution.

    • Where are those mythical law enforcement that are loyal to the Constitution??

      • Perhaps you don’t hear of those because of the old adage regarding news: “If it bleeds, it leads”.

        • Yeah, I know there’s some good ones out there, they’re just
out numbered by the bad ones. Over half are on the take.

  8. Better check to see if you have a SMART METER, a CHIEF YOUNG or new WINDOWS PROGRAM or else they will come for you as well!!

“Im here to chew bubblegum and kick ass and I’m all out of bubblegum.”

  9. Gosh……let Granny smoke her weed. The CIA is making 50 billion $US a year selling heroin and opium from the field in Afghanistan that are guarded by US armed forces and here at home they are
terrorizing an old hippie granny for half a dozen plants. I’m at a loss for words.
    Hypocrisy …….right that’s the word!

    • As long as the CIA stays around it will continue because that’s how they fund their illegal operations since the 1950′s!!

Try to get rid of the CIA by going RON PAUL on their ass and they’ll probably have the MEXICAN/CHINESE military invade the US RED DAWN style!!

    • no doubt, if the cia doesnt want people using the drugs they risk their lives to bring into our country WHY bring it in?

thank you cia for being the big dope dealer. now.. whats with the war on drugs? is that kind of like the rothschilds financing both sides of the napoleonic wars?

  10. Never underestimate the local and state government, including their police forces. Most are just as corrupt and evil as the federal government. We should probably do away with local control and the current fed. We could replace them with a true democratic body run by 300 randomly chosen citizens who were born on American soil. No more President, Congress or Senate. No Republican or Democrat. No electoral votes or caucuses. You would need a 95% consensus to pass a new law, go to war etc. Anyone caught tampering with votes would get the death penalty.

    • Now this is a move in the right direction!

      • i like the way you think.

  11. I guess it would be less smelly to dry out her plants out in the open, rather than in a back bedroom where it would stink up her whole house.

How nice of the cops to not seize her property (In Rem Forfeiture) and put her in jail and through the whole nightmarish judicial process like they would an ordinary citizen.

  12. bums with guns hiding behind badges

    • the cops probably smoked the stuff granny grew themselves………..

      • or they just put oregano in the locker back at the station. serpico said the heroin from the french connection bust went back on the streets replaced with flour.

sheesh being a good cop is probably akin to throwing an ant acid into a sewage treatment plant

    • CIA…
      Communist
      Infested
      Assholes

  13. Im not convinced. Being an old pot head, I dont particularly like the police, but still… maybe the reason there is no crime in those small town is IN PART due to the ” excessive police forces”…

also, in this case, they only destroyed the plants and left the old lady alone… wich is wrong, but not as bad as they do to youths…

    • Smoke another jay and think the right way. Maybe there is no real crime because there are no real criminals?

  14. Anyone else think that picture looks like the beginning stages of a really bad, gay strip tease?

    • nope. you are just a total pervert =)

    • LOL, yup.

    • Missed the pic.

    • Dunno – never watched a gay striptease and sure as hell never will……….

      • Oh come on PC! It’s kinda funny, and your manhood isn’t threatened! Laughter is a fantastic coping mechanism. At least admit it looks like one of the Village People!!! I’d really like know who on the infowars team picked this one out……
