Through the National Bioeconomy Blueprint the Obama administration is seeking to support genetic engineering as a main component of “American innovation and economic growth”.

The Bioeconomy Blueprint will allow federal agencies to coordinate with each other and form relationships with private sector corporations to control employment and the economy while strangle-holding energy technologies as allocated by the President’s initiative.

The bioeconomy will encompass rural and urban employment while overseeing all health, medicine and agriculture that has any social benefit. Regulatory agencies will be given advantage by having unlimited access to pharmaceutical data to expedite drug production and development. The forming of close relationships between federal agencies and private corporations is Obama’s focus for a successful transition into the bioeconomy.

Obama’s initiative will enable genetically modified and bio-engineered “food, animal feed, fiber for clothing and housing and sources of energy” to be made available to the public through the “convergence of biology with engineering and other sciences”.

In 2011, the Obama administration gave Monsanto the authority to create genetically modified corn for the benefit of the US government .

“President Obama and Secretary of Agriculture Vilsack just sent a clear message to the American public that they do not care about our concerns with genetically engineered food and their questionable safety, adverse environmental impacts, and detrimental effects on farmers, especially organic farmers,” says Mark A. Kastel, Senior Farm Policy Analyst with The Cornucopia Institute.

Obama plans to deregulate the genetic engineering industry in order to allow those sciences to develop unadulterated projects without opposition.

Through support of research and development, the US government will protect bioinventions that facilitate the move from laboratory to consumer market as quickly as possible.

By empowering private corporations through governmental collaborations the US government can oversee and control resources, knowledge and how those partnerships succeed or fail.

All federal agencies will be allocated to communicate under the guise of “improving health outcomes and reducing healthcare costs.

However, the use of genetically modified crops and technology will not promote public health. As proven, GM food leads to organ failure, cellular damage and the development of cancer.

Under the BioPreferred program :

  • genetically modified products will have first bias in the consumer market
  • corporations chosen by the Obama administration will oversee the “renewable energy” derived from animal waste produced by farms
  • the medical information collected by the FDA will be used by the government to decide which drugs and therapies will be used
  • bioengineered medical technologies will be researched and funded by the US government for medicinal research
  • rural areas will be usurped by the government for sustainable agricultural practices
  • bioengineering will be used to create environmental resistant crops in laboratories
  • the Department of Homeland Security’s Science and Technology Directorate (DHS ST) is developing a genomics-based approach to microbial forensic analysis to allow identification and characterization of any microbial organism, including “unknown” organisms such as emerging, chimeric, or synthetic organisms

Through the use of bioengineered products and the correlation of federal agencies, Obama plans to control most of the infrastructure of the country.
