FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda The 2012 edition of the exhibition will host about 154 painters and sculptors, said gallery director Leili Golestan.
At this year’s catalogue, the artists whose works had previously been displayed by the gallery will be introduced in red and the others would be featured in green, she added.
In the painting section, 100 artworks, 100 artists is slated to showcase only one work by an artist and in the sculpture section, various works made of such material as iron, clay and bronze will be displayed.
Golestan also noted that the works would be offered in different range of prices as previous years and among them, Sohrab Sepehri’s small painting is estimated to fetch the top record.
The 21th 100 artworks, 100 artists exhibition is scheduled to kick off on June 29, 2012 in Tehran’s Golestan Gallery.
