The amazing Todd Callender joins Sarah Westall to talk about how world governments got together for the Cairo Accords at the 1994 International Conference on Population and Development, where they all agreed to kill their own populations.
The COVID Hoax and the Death Shot were “legitimized” by this accord, although their development had already officially begun 24 years earlier, as detailed by Bill Cooper in his book, ‘Behold a Pale Horse’, published in 1991.
Bill Cooper explained how ‘The Global 2000 Report for President Jimmy Carter’ published in 1980 had taken the findings of the Club of Rome’s ‘Limits to Growth’ report of 1972 and applied them to public policy.
The Club of Rome is a World Economic Forum/United Nations/Black Nobility/Nazi operation. They decried population growth, saying it was the worst thing possible and they caused the US Government to make depopulation a primary goal of public policy.
However, Bill Cooper demonstrated that the US Government was already well on their way to implementing it in secret. He wrote:
“Funding was obtained from the U.S. Congress under House Bill 15090 (in 1969), where $10 million was given to the DOD’s 1970 budget. Testimony before the Senate Committee revealed that they intended to produce [quote,] “a synthetic biological agent, an agent that does not naturally exist and for which no natural immunity could have been acquired. Within the next 5 to 10 years it would probably be possible to make a new infective microorganism which could differ in certain important aspects from any known disease-causing organisms. Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease.”
The project that produced the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) was called MK-NAOMI and it was carried out at Fort Detrick, Maryland. SARS-CoV-2 contains HIV. It’s all part of this same depopulation project and “public health” has since been transformed into a military operation.
As Todd says:
“When six magic words are uttered: a Public Health Emergency of International Concern [PHEIC], Lo and Behold! All of your human rights are suspended…Those six magic words revoked your human rights and your Constitutional rights. They made this whole thing into a military operation.”
This is obviously criminal, which is why, as Todd explains, none of the Biden Regime’s main cabinet members has a signed oath of office, which is required by law.
Sarah asks, “So, how do we get ourselves out of this?” and Todd replies, “Because we say, ‘No.’…The operative word is ‘No’.
“They can’t force 7 billion people to do anything and that’s why they made getting rid of us a military operation – and, by the way, they failed! We’re still here.”
