Bahrain Human Rights Activist Wounded
Telegraph – The police wounded a prominent human rights activist by shooting her in the leg with a tear-gas canister, witnesses said Thursday. The activist, Zainab al-Khawaja, was fired on at close range, said Yousef al-Muhafedha, a member of the Bahrain Center for Human Rights. The injury did not appear life-threatening. Read Article
