IRNA – An earthquake measuring 4 on the Richter scale jolted Sawland area in Dezful city, Khuzestan Province, on Saturday afternoon.
According to the report of seismography center affiliated to Tehran University Geophysics Institute, the tremor occurred at 13:24:27 hours local time (09:54 hours GMT) and its epicenter was at 32.49 degrees longitude and 49.01 degrees latitude and in depth of 11 kilometers underground.
There is no immediate report on possible casualties or damages.
