San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Chief Spokesperson Linton Johnson blamed protesters for leaving the agency “no other option” than to shut off cell phone service at some stations last week. The group No Justice, No BART had called for the protest following a string of killings by BART police.

“Our job is to provide safe transport for our customers…. I blame the protesters for what we had to do,” said Johnson.

He claimed law enforcement had evidence that the protesters were intent on causing chaos.

“It is illegal to be protesting on the [station] platform,” Johnson added.

Members of the hacktivist group “Anonymous” and other demonstrators converged on San Francisco BART stations Monday to protest against the cell phone service shut down and police shootings.

When I protested Obama at UT, and they tried that “Free Speech Zone” crap, I asked the cops about that. They told me that because of the potential for snipers and long distance attacks, they needed a space where noone was protesting to avoid things like hiding behind protest signs that are close to the target, from a distance with a rifle.

Free Speech Zones were to protect the President from attacks. That is EXACTLY what the Secret Service told me, PERSONALLY!

Now, this SCUMBAG over at BART is using this “Free Speech Zone” crap in his own twisted and contorted way.

If your cell phone was affected, and you can come up with a “harm” that will give you standing in court, sue the living sh-t out of that guy! And if ANYONE in public service was a part of that decision (not sure if BART is government or private), file CRIMINAL CHARGES against them for OFFICIAL OPPRESSION and THEFT OF SERVICE. It is a crime to prevent you from the free and full enjoyment of your GOD (not BART, or Verizon) GIVEN UN-A-LIEN-ABLE HUMAN RIGHTS!
While I don’t or won’t call for violence, nor do I have, let alone use, a cell phone, if they shut cell phone service off “to prevent a protest” anywhere near me, I would have no problem, whatsoever, with see, hearing about, or knowing abour Malitov cocktails being used instead!

Again, not calling for violence, not making recommendations, but if our government thinks it is allowed to stop a protest, which is NOT illegal (PROTESTS ARE NOT ILLEGAL), by shutting off your ability to communicate, I feel that it is absolutely justified to start burning and destroying shit that belongs to those people.

Don’t go out and torch a store front because of BART’s crimes and tyranny, but if you go out and destroy a bus or two, a train or two, even if I watched you do it, I wouldn’t say a word, and if you needed an alibi, would give you one.

And, while I don’t trust “anonymous” any more than I trust any other CIA COINTELPRO group, I say “GOOD JOB ANONYMOUS!”

Read the 1st amendment! That platform is very much a protest approved zone!
