If you find yourself in the market for a new super-luxurious private jet, Boeing has got you covered.

The aviation giant has unveiled its latest Boeing Business Jet (BBJ), a modified 737-700 capable of carrying 19 passengers up to 6444 miles at 609 miles per hour.

But beyond its technical specifications, what really makes the plane fit for a king is its luxurious appointments. Starting with its stateroom featuring a king-size bed and private bathroom and shower, the plane also has a guest stateroom with divans that convert into beds for eight passengers.

In addition, the plane has been outfitted with Honeywell’s Ovation Select digital system, a technology suite that is designed to let passengers forget they’re away from their offices. “Ovation Select offers the latest technological advancements to deliver seamless and easy connectivity — whether passengers are connected via their BlackBerry, using their laptops or iPads or conducting a videoconference call,” Boeing said in a release about the new plane. “The modular, lightweight and flexible cabin management system provides component command and control, high-quality, crystal-clear surround sound audio and vivid full high-definition (1080p) video, which is stunning to watch on the 42-inch and 46-inch high-definition monitors found in this BBJ.”

As well, the new plane has a galley with a centre island, and typical kitchen appliances including a standard oven, a microwave, a fridge, trash compactor and wine cooler. Plus an espresso maker.

Although Boeing didn’t say how much the new plane cost, it did say that the specially outfitted 737-700 was sold to a private American businessman.
